Compare the exact room, minimum guest count and exclusive-use hours rather than treating both as interchangeable hotels.

The two harbour vessels each carry up to 120 guests. One publishes wedding receptions, blessings and vow renewals; the other offers private-hire receptions. A boat solves the backdrop and guest activity together, but catering, shade, boarding and a land-based weather plan all need their own written answer.

A hotel reception can keep bedrooms, dinner and the late finish together.
