- For unforeseen postponement or cancellation, the deposit can be transferred to another date within 12 months of the original date; full cancellation forfeits the deposit.
- All food consumed on the premises must be prepared on site, except the wedding cake. Corkage is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Couples may choose suppliers, but entertainment, venue lighting and photography/videography must be booked through the hotel’s recommended suppliers.
- Music and bar service end at 23:30; the hotel says this finish time cannot be extended.
