Aradippou Municipality Marriage Office

Aradippou Municipality publishes a dedicated weddings page for civil marriages under Marriage Law 104(I) of 2003. Ceremonies take place in a purpose-arranged hall in the Municipal Palace of Aradippou on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and the marriage can be conducted by the Mayor, Vice Mayor, authorised council member or another appointed Marriage Officer.

The page is useful because it sets out the documents and timing. Foreign nationals need a valid passport, birth certificate translated into English or Greek, and proof of marital status that is translated and legalised, preferably with an Apostille where relevant. The regular process costs €128.15 and places the ceremony at least 15 days after issue, while the faster procedure can allow the marriage in 2-3 days if approved and costs €281.92.
