Ierokipia Municipality, formerly Geroskipou Municipality, publishes a civil weddings page for ceremonies in the Paphos area. The page says the municipality performs more than 1,000 weddings each year under Marriage Law 104(I) of 2003, with civil marriages available for Cypriot citizens, foreign nationals, Europeans and mixed-nationality couples.

The process section is unusually clear for destination couples. A wedding date can be reserved by phone or email without the couple being present, while legal documents should be prepared 2-3 months before the wedding. The regular procedure costs €128 and places the ceremony after 15 days, while the expedited procedure can be same day or within fewer than 15 days if the Marriage Officer approves it, and costs €282. The ceremony lasts about 15 minutes, and the original certificate is given to the couple immediately afterwards.
