Paphos Town Hall and the marriage office serving Geroskipou are the two public-office entries. The correct office depends on where the approved ceremony venue sits, not simply on the word Paphos in its address.

A municipal Marriage Officer follows the civil process and issues the marriage certificate. If your venue lies outside those two areas, ask the venue which municipality licenses it before sending documents or reserving an appointment.

The four independent entries cover symbolic weddings, blessings, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals. One publishes a German-language service, while the others give English-speaking couples several Paphos-based options.

An independent celebrant does not make a symbolic ceremony legally binding. German couples can complete the civil step at home and hold a freie Trauung in Paphos, or book the legal Cyprus appointment separately and use the celebrant for the personal ceremony.
